TrueDose Shipping Policy

• Regions and Countries: TrueDose ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and domestic U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Shipping Costs: We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders across the USA. There is no minimum purchase threshold required to unlock this free shipping option.

• Order Processing and Handling Time: Orders require 1 to 2 business days to be picked, securely packed, and transferred to our carrier networks.

• Estimated Delivery Times: Once processed and shipped, packages typically arrive at their destination within 3 to 5 business days.

• Carriers and Tracking: We utilize USPS or UPS to deliver all domestic orders. An automated shipment confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

• Daily Order Cutoff Time: Orders submitted over weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

• Shipping Restrictions and Delays: Delivery windows are estimated and may experience minor extensions during peak federal holidays or due to severe weather events.
