At TrueDose, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with consumer protection standards and Google Merchant Center compliance.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: We accept return requests for physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. It must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as your TrueDose order number or receipt.

Condition Requirements for Supplements: Because our products are ingestible health items, any supplement bottle that has been opened or unsealed is strictly exempted from eligibility for a return or refund. The protective outer plastic neck-seal and the inner freshness seal must be 100% intact, unbroken, and completely unaltered. Other non-returnable items include gift cards and final sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund: To begin a return or refund request, contact our support team at help@trytruedose.com. Please wait for official confirmation and instructions before sending any item back. Do not ship packages to the address listed on your original mailing box; items sent back without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be automatically rejected by our fulfillment warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Coverage: The customer is entirely responsible for purchasing and arranging their own trackable return shipping label. TrueDose does not cover return shipping costs and is not liable for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit back to our facility.

5. Refund Method and Timeframe: Once we receive and physically inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If the return passes inspection and is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at help@trytruedose.com with a description and clear photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
